Terms and conditions for laser engraved cards
Any modifications to the file requires a setup fee
If you have paid to have Digital Skratch design your card, you are going to get a unique and fully custom file designed for you. If you have ideas for what it should look like, please include specific instructions on how you envision the card (position of text, design elements, interior and exterior cuts, etc). If you’d like to leave it up to us, feel free to do so as well. The fee includes one unique layout and one revision. We aim to please and truly hope to do so. We appreciate your trust in our design ability, but please be advised this fee is not an opportunity for a ping pong match. If we must be continually sent back to the drawing board, the design fee will be based on time.
We reserve the right to place an image of your completed card on our website for a promoational sample.
Prior to print, you will receive a final proof of the card(s) to be printed, whether it be your design or a unique design produced by us. Your job does not begin until you have responded with a written confirmation of the file preview. Any text that could be understood as “approved” will suffice, but please understand that once the preview is “approved”, the job is in motion. There are no refunds for any print, design, or typographical errors not caught in the file preview. We always want to deliver a quality product, and will do our best to catch any mistakes prior to print, but are not responsible in any way once the job has been approved.
We do not offer refunds, only exchange on mistakes made on our end. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but once in a while we make a mistake. Hey, we’re humans. In the event there is an order produced in error on our end, that is not consistent with your order as stated, please alert us immediately. Put the entire contents back in the box and send them to:
